Dover Bay in Sandpoint, Idaho

This Dover Bay project in Sandpoint, Idaho took eight months to complete and was finished during the fall of 2008. Sandpoint landscaper Special Additions Landscaping, LLC, constructed a 150 foot streambed, built 1,125 tons of boulders (80 dump trucks), brought in 800 yards of topsoil and fill material, built an 800 square foot flagstone patio, and a 2,300 square foot paver driveway. The owner’s top priority was the 150 foot streambed, built in close coordination with the General Contractor to create the bridged walkway to the front door. The streambed can run at either 130 or 260 gallons per minute, depending on the desired effect.
