Our Company
Special Additions Landscaping, LLC was created in 2003 and is licensed,
bonded, and fully insured. Nate Lynch, the owner, is a graduate of the Gonzaga University
School of Business and has landscaped professionally for over fifteen years. Special Additions Landscaping, LLC is a
local, family owned and operated business that treats clients, partners, and suppliers like family.
Special Additions Landscaping, LLC offers complete custom landscape design and construction services. Our
goal is to provide the highest quality in landscape design and construction by combining
our dedication and expertise with a unique and creative approach to every jobsite.
We believe that a landscape—whether practical or whimsical—must carefully merge
two basic elements: the hardscape (stone, block, and structure) and the softscape
(water, plants, and flow). Special Additions Landscaping, LLC began as a hardscape
specialist, but embraced the opportunity to combine an interest in cottage gardening
as opportunities arose. The results have established Special Additions’ reputation
for creating distinct outdoor environments by approaching each site with a unique
combination of disciplined construction methods (structure) and creativity and imagination
(flow).
Nate Lynch
Nate was born in Spokane, Washington and has lived in the area his entire life. He is a graduate of Central Valley High School and the
Gonzaga University School of Business. Nate started landscaping professionally in 1996, and started his own business in 2003. Nate married his
wife, Kelly in 2007, after committing to his third adopted dog in 2004. Nate, Kelly, and Arthur the Dog have settled in Otis Orchards, Washington,
where they continue to Revive (Their Own) Habitat to date. Look for a new "selected project" titled "Pride of Otis Orchards" at some point in the
